Hello everyone:

What an amazing start to the year we've just experienced including the College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the Capital One Orange Bowl, the NHL Winter Classic and this past weekend’s College Football Playoff National Championship activities, capped by Monday night's game.  

While this new year ahead is just getting started, I wanted to share that we've received December performance numbers and now have the full 12-month report of annual hotel performance (January through December 2025).

One key way to look forward is to relate it to the past. When 2025 began, there was great uncertainty about the economy in general and clearly the travel, tourism and business travel segments. Coming off a ‘sluggish’ October and November, it was quite incumbent on us all that we end the year strong – retaining the year's prior momentum and having a strong footing to begin 2026.
