Hello everyone:
 
You'll have noticed that today we begin sending our bi-weekly What’s Happening on Thursdays instead of Fridays. Based on our research, this will improve open rates and engagement. And it must be working – you're reading this.

I want to use this first Thursday edition to celebrate one of our most significant days in recent memory. Tomorrow, leaders of Miami Beach and Miami-Dade County government along with national leaders from Hyatt Corporation and representatives from Terra and Turnberry join for the long-anticipated 'groundbreaking' ceremony to formally begin construction of the Grand Hyatt Miami Beach – a transformative 800-room hotel that will be directly connected to the Miami Beach Convention Center and complete the Convention Center district.
