Message from the President

Hello everyone:

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all the ways you continue to step up and support our community’s hospitality and tourism industry and our organization’s mission.

For more than 30 years, the GMCVB has committed to securing scholarship funds for those interested in pursuing careers in the industry we all know and love. The Hospitality Open Tournament, better known as the H.O.T. Challenge, benefits our BHI Foundation, and with your generosity, we have raised more than $3 million to fund scholarships at four area schools of hospitality management.

More than 360 deserving students, many of whom are working in our local tourism industry today, were provided the financial means to further their education.

With your help and/or strong golf game, we want to continue these funding efforts...
