After clicking the COLLATERAL button and then the Media button, you will be presented with your company’s images available for use on Listings and Special Offers. This is called your Media Gallery.
The pencil button will allow you to edit an existing image. By clicking the red X button, you can delete an existing image.You can create a new image record by clicking the Add New Media button.
When the New Media form loads, complete all the fields.
You can browse the folders on your computer or drag and drop an image to upload it. Please note that the image size requirement is 1440 pixels in width, by 900 pixels in height (1440 x 900). The image you upload doesn’t need to be this exact size, but it must meet both minimum size requirements. Regarding overall file size, we recommend keeping your file below 400kb in order to improve website image load times.
Once you upload a new image or edit an existing one you MUST attach the image to one or multiple listings by selecting the Listings pull down menu. Consider the audience for this image. If a leisure visitor would find it relevant, choose Website – Leisure. If a meeting planner would find this relevant, choose Website – Meetings. Or, it could apply to all.
The Description field will serve as your image caption. The Sort Order field allows you to type a numeric value which determines the order in which your image will appear. For example, if the image you’re adding is to appear second, enter the number 2.
You will also be asked to acknowledge that you are the owner of this image, or that you are legally allowed to use this image. Accepting the terms and conditions is required.
Remember to click Save when all fields are completed.
