This Resources Page is your go-to guide for everything you need to get started. It walks you through the entire journey, from the initial registration and menu submission process to using our official menu templates for your printed menus, and branding assets.

How to Participate
- Review the Program Details
- Be or sign up as a current GMCVB Partner
- Register for the program
- Submit menus to be displayed on the Miami Spice program website
- Design your printed menus and download official branding to use to promote your participation in the Miami Spice program on your website & social channels
STEP 1: REVIEW THE PROGRAM DETAILS
First, download and review our 2026 Miami Spice Partner Toolkit. These resources will familiarize you with how the program works, the program requirements, qualifications, menu price points, benefits, and participation costs.
STEP 2: BE OR SIGN UP AS A CURRENT GMCVB PARTNER
In order to participate in the 2026 Miami Spice Restaurant Months program, your restaurant must be a current GMCVB Partner. If you're not already a partner, it's easy to sign up. Our Partnership Development team will walk you through all the steps.
