2024 Miami-Dade County Public Schools  MEGA National Academy Foundation Student Industry Conference
 
Join us  at the the 2024 Miami-Dade County Publis School MEGA National Academy Foundation (NAF) Student Industry Conference, which will bring together 1,800 NAF students who are preparing for college and career in multiple different career paths.  NAF is a national network of education, business, and community leaders who work together to ensure high school students are college, career, and future ready. The event comprises keynote speeches, industry presentations, breakout sessions, and internship interviews. In an ideal scenario, every hotel room would cater to guests of all abilities. However, in reality, an accessible hotel room features specific accommodations tailored for guests with disabilities, encompassing those with visual impairments, hearing loss, and reduced mobility. In the United States, hotels are mandated to allocate a certain percentage of their rooms as accessible, spanning across various floors and room categories. LEVEL Up With New Non-Stops
 
LEVEL, IAG's low-cost long-haul airline, increases its offerings during the peak summer season with new service from Barcelona debuting March 31. The route begins with three weekly frequencies, growing to four from June to September, making MIA the fifth U.S. airport with LEVEL non-stop service from Barcelona. LEVEL is one of the six airline brands within International Airlines Group (IAG), alongside Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia, Iberia Express and Vueling. Read more here.
PortMiami named Best North American Port by Premios Cruceroadicto
 
For the second consecutive year, PortMiami has earned the title of "Best North American Port" according to Spain's Premios Cruceroadicto (Cruise Addict Awards). This accolade was determined through votes from readers of Cruceroadicto Magazine and over 26,000 members of the Cruisers Club. The Premios Cruceroadicto stands as the sole international awards, endorsed by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR), wherein the Spanish-speaking cruise community casts their votes for their preferred cruise line, vessel, and port.
PortMiami First to Host Global Entry Enrollment Center
 
Travelers eligible for Global Entry membership can now complete the process at PortMiami, the first seaport to host a United States (U.S.) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Global Entry Enrollment Center. The CBP program allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the U.S. Applicants can now complete the application process and required in-person interviews by appointment at the PortMiami Global Enrollment Center, Cruise Terminal D.
