The Miami Foundation has launched the Miami Open for Business initiative to support small, historically disadvantaged, minority business owners to own more of their businesses’ assets, such as property, equipment, and technology. With support from Wells Fargo, funding will help build generational wealth and resilience for small, minority-led nonprofits and businesses located in Miami-Dade County. The Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs has released guidelines and deadline schedules for the fiscal year 2021-2022 for general, project based and youth grants in the cultural arts and tourist development areas available to Miami-Dade County based non-profit cultural organizations.
