Canadian digital influencer Mark Harrison visits January 12-15 to produce a destination guide and digital content focusing on Miami’s outdoor adventures for his Instagram (127K) and YouTube (216K) channels. Coverage includes tags on all Instagram posts (4.38% engagements rate), Instagram stories (6.7K average views), and direct links, mentions and features in the YouTube video destination guide (11.8K average views).

UK’s Metro in Miami

The Communications Team hosts Laura Millar, Metro travel editor, January 18-20. The feature on what’s new in Miami and Miami Beach will be published in both print and online; Metro is UK’s largest national weekday newspaper distributed at all tube stations across London and railway stations in key cities throughout the UK (2.3 million daily readership).

Convention Sales Hosts Omega Psi Phi Fraternity

State and local fraternity leadership visit prospective host hotels January 7 for their September 2022 Florida State Meeting. Site selection is expected by February for the program, which expects to draw approximately 200 fraternity members and guests to the State Meeting.
