Rental Assistance Available to Miami-Dade County Residents
 
As our community continues to navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Miami-Dade County presses on to assist residents experiencing hardships. Among the available aid programs is the new Emergency Rental Assistance Program 2.3 (ERAP 2.3).  Qualifying Miami-Dade County residents whose families are experiencing difficulties paying their full monthly rent may receive rental assistance based on family size, bedroom size of the housing unit, the rent owed, and current household income.  The application must be completed by the tenant, but landlords/owners are  encouraged to contact the program by phone at 786-688-2440 or via email at LandlordsERAP@miamidade.gov to refer tenants who are behind in their rent. REEF Technologies to hire 1,000+ in Miami and Announces Launch of NBRHD Career Initiative
 
The Miami-based technology and so-called ghost kitchen startup that raised more than $1 billion, announced a plan to hire more than 1,000 employees in the Miami area over the next three years. Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs Grant Guidelines
 
The Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs has released guidelines and deadline schedules for the fiscal year 2021-2022 fall cycle of arts and cultural grants programs available to Miami-Dade County based non-profit cultural organizations.
