GMCVB State of the Tourism & Hospitality Industry Breakfast
 
Join the GMCVB’s annual State of the Tourism & Hospitality Industry Breakfast on May 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Miami Beach Convention Center’s Sunset Ballroom featuring a special presentation in-person from Arnold W. Donald, President & CEO, Carnival Corporation & PLC and Chair, World Travel & Tourism Council. Also enjoy updates from GMCVB Chairman of the Board Bruce Orosz and GMCVB President & CEO William D. Talbert, III, CDME, plus live entertainment, a networking business expo and breakfast.

Convention Sales Meets New Partner Hotel
 
Convention Sales and Travel Industry Sales Teams met virtually with Esme Hotel. This luxury boutique property, located on Espanola Way in Miami Beach, is slated to open in August 2021.  Esme will have 145 guestrooms and five food and beverage outlets. 
 
 
 
 
Communications Team Hosted TravelAwaits
 
The Communications Team recently assisted Sandi Barrett, in Miami April 28-30 to do research for multiple articles for TravelAwaits, a website dedicated to the 50+ traveler (3,895,139 UVM).
