Trish Brennan serves as the Arsht Center’s vice president, human resources, and has more than 30 years of HR experience. Prior to joining the Arsht Center, she managed the HR and operational/administrative functions in midsize not-for-profits. Her areas of expertise include recruiting, interviewing and hiring at all levels of the organization from entry to C-Suite. Brennan is the recipient of the “HR Executive of the Year Award” from the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce as well as “Multicultural Leadership Award” from Florida Diversity and Leadership Conference. Kimba King serves as the Arsht Center’s Director of Human Resources, and brings 15 years of HR experience to the team. Kimba has conducted thousands of interviews and hundreds of searches, which have built today’s strong Arsht Center team. |
